Yes. The trap and the accessible drain line are cleared during the replacement. If the line further down is restricted, we explain that before any additional work.
Yes. The fitting at the wall is checked and replaced if it is leaking, and that is included in the written scope.
Booking an assessment does not reserve an installation date. Work dates are held only after the written estimate is accepted and the required deposit is received.
