A kitchen sink replacement removes the old basin, secures and seals the new sink to the countertop, and reconnects the faucet supply, strainer and drain. Drop-in and undermount sinks have different mounting requirements.

Drop-In or Undermount?
A drop-in sink rests on the countertop and seals at the rim. An undermount sink needs the support and sealing method specified for that sink and countertop. A leak at a strainer or supply line may be repaired without replacing the basin. We check the cutout, supports and connections before writing the scope.
