I had Property Renovators Home Services come out to look at my A/C system. Prior to their first visit, I had 3 other companies tell me that the HVAC had to be replaced. Property Renovators sent two guys, Jay and Jacob, and they diagnosed the compressor needed to be replaced after a very thorough inspection of my carrier air conditioning system. They quickly ordered a new compressor for us and once it came in (about 2 days) they did the swap and in a matter of 5 to 6 hours, we were back up and running with ac. It's been working great ever since. Would highly recommend this family company. Thank you guys for everything!

Jacob is the best ever! He made my dream come true by installing my catwalk for my cat to the ceiling when no other contractor could handle the job. I was extremely impressed by his expertise and he is definitely someone you can trust. It's hard to come by professionals who are also kind and Jacob is just stellar. I even paid him extra because he did such an amazing job. If you need a top notch contractor Jacob is the best choice. I have never felt so happy after someone did work for me. It was so pleasant working with Jacob, it almost feels like he's family. He is my go to contractor from now on!

My bathroom had a leak under the sink that was causing water damage in the lower level. Property Renovators Home Services came out on the same day and they fixed the issue and made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. I have since had them do other things throughout the home including an AC repair which went out during a recent heat wave. I'd say you are in good hands with them.

Jay and Jacob were amazing getting my HVAC system operating correctly. Other companies probably would've said I need a new system but they took the time to diagnose the issues, addresses them, and went above and beyond getting the system in tip-top shape. They easily put 40 hours into the project to get it in order working well into the evenings and nights to ensure the home is comfortable. They will be my go-to for home services moving forward.
