Each tier is a coordinated set of changes for the bathroom. We supply the package materials. We confirm products, quantities, mounting and existing connections during the assessment. Your written scope gives one total before you approve the work. Premium extends the work to the hallway, stairs and entry.

Grab bars at the shower or tub and the toilet, a handheld shower, a motion-sensor light switch, and a lever handle on the bathroom door.
Core
Everything in Essential, plus a comfort-height toilet, additional grab bars where the person transfers, and a curved shower curtain rod for room in the tub.
Premium
Everything in Core, plus a bidet seat, shower recaulking, a motion-sensor switch for the hallway, a new stair handrail, and a lever handle at the exterior door.
Anti-slip treatment for the tub, shower or tile floor is available with any tier. A walk-in shower conversion is its own project; see walk-in shower conversions.
What Holds It
A grab bar is only as secure as its mounting. It needs wall studs, solid blocking, or a rated mounting system. Tile alone is not structural support. We check what is behind the wall and explain the attachment method before drilling.
Toilets and bidet seats connect to the existing supply. Handles replace the existing hardware. Lighting changes use the existing circuit. The package uses compatible existing electrical and plumbing connections. New circuits, concealed pipe work, wall rebuilding and tile reconstruction are outside the package.
Fitted to the Person
Bar height, the side of the toilet, the reach to the handheld shower and the door handle style all depend on the person using the room. A named tier is a starting point, not a prescription. The assessment sets the details, and the written scope records them.
